The night is not a negotiation.Go to bed.
The last good decision of the night.
Two capsules an hour before bed. Nobody in this scene gets applauded for leaving early, and everybody who still looks well at forty has been doing it for years. This is the one for the nights you have actually decided are over — not the ones you are still negotiating with.
Knowing when the night is over is part of the night rather than a failure of it. Melatonin 2 mg with valerian 150 mg, chamomile, GABA, L-tryptophan, lemon balm and passion flower at 100 mg each — every amount published. Melatonin is the only one here with an approved claim behind it — it shortens the time it takes to fall asleep — and the botanicals are traditional rather than proven. SLEEP is the strip, for a hotel room or a bag; this is the capsule, cheaper per night. One or the other, never both.
A nightly two-capsule dose with 2 mg of melatonin, valerian, GABA and passion flower, taken an hour before bed.
No proprietary blend: every amount published. 60 capsules.
Gelatin capsule — not vegetarian.

Always defer to the Supplement Facts or ingredient label on the unit in your hand.
Two capsules an hour before bed, with water. Melatonin causes drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery after taking it, and do not drink alcohol alongside it.
Ask the best-looking man at the party what time he left. He won't remember being asked before, because nobody ever asks — they compliment the skin, the energy, the fact that at forty he still reads as thirty-two, and never once audit the bedtime doing all the work.
OUT is the bedtime, operationalised. Two capsules an hour before: melatonin 2 mg with valerian 150 mg, chamomile, GABA, L-tryptophan, lemon balm and passion flower at 100 mg each. Every amount published, sixty capsules.
Melatonin carries the approved claim — it shortens the time it takes to fall asleep, and 2 mg clears the bar comfortably. The botanicals are traditional rather than proven, and that's how we'll describe them.
SLEEP is the strip version for a bag or someone else's flat; this is the capsule, cheaper per night. One or the other, never both — both carry melatonin.
Drowsiness is the point, so no driving and no alcohol. Contains L-tryptophan: never alongside LEVEL or antidepressants. Gelatin capsule, not vegetarian.
Leaving early is a strategy. You'll see it in the mirror.
Two capsules about an hour before. Melatonin causes drowsiness — no driving after, and no alcohol alongside.
OUT is the fuller stack: 2 mg melatonin plus valerian, GABA, tryptophan and botanicals, in capsules. SLEEP is 1 mg on a fast strip. Choose by how heavy the night needs to be — never both.
Probably more than you expect — the research case for melatonin was mostly built at low doses, and the big-number gummies are marketing escalation. Give 2 mg plus the botanical stack three nights before judging it.
Take it at your destination's bedtime, starting the first night there. Two or three nights usually re-anchors the clock — pair it with morning light and you're most of the way home.
