100 mg of caffeine a scoop, with theanine.SIP IT, DON'T SHOOT IT.
For the shift that keeps going.
Pace is performance. There is a version of the night where you peak at eleven and spend the rest of it managing yourself, and a version where you are still good at three because you paced it. SHIFT is for the second one — one scoop in water, sipped, 100 mg of caffeine with theanine alongside it.
The night is longer when you don't burn it all in hour one. 100 mg of caffeine a scoop from green tea with L-theanine at 50 mg, plus taurine, electrolytes and B vitamins — a drink you nurse for an hour rather than a hit you take and regret. CHARGE is the strip for when you need it now and have no water; this is the long one, for the sessions and the shifts and the Saturday that started at four. Sugar-free, so it doesn't argue with the cut.
A sugar-free powder — 100 mg of caffeine a scoop from green tea, paired with L-theanine, plus taurine, electrolytes and B vitamins, mixed into water.
Per two-scoop serving. B vitamins at ~33% DV each: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12, pantothenic acid.
Electrolytes: magnesium 36 mg, potassium 130 mg, sodium 60 mg.

Always defer to the Supplement Facts or ingredient label on the unit in your hand.
One scoop in 6 to 10 ounces of water is 100 mg of caffeine; a two-scoop serving in 12 to 20 ounces is 200 mg. The label allows five scoops in 24 hours, but five is 500 mg of caffeine — above the 400 mg daily guideline for healthy adults — so treat four as the real ceiling, and fewer if the day already involved coffee. Nothing after mid-afternoon if you want to sleep.
Amateurs peak early. It's the same at the gym, the office party and the club: the man who's loudest at ten is a cautionary tale by one, and the one still standing at three planned it that way.
SHIFT is pacing you can pour: one scoop in water, sipped over an hour — 100 mg of caffeine from green tea with L-theanine smoothing the edges, plus taurine, electrolytes and B vitamins. Sugar-free, strawberry shortcake, nothing that argues with a cut.
It's the marathon option. CHARGE is the strip for right-now-no-water; SHIFT is for the long haul — the shift, the drive, the Saturday that started at four. It also guests in BUILD as a pre-workout.
Do the arithmetic out loud: one scoop is 100 mg, three products in this catalogue carry caffeine, and you run one at a time. Four scoops — 400 mg — is the daily ceiling from all sources, coffee included.
Sip it, don't shoot it. Outlast everyone.
A scoop is 100 mg; the usual two-scoop serving is 200 mg. The label's five-scoop daily maximum works out to 500 mg — over the 400 mg general guideline — so in practice four is the ceiling, and less if there's coffee in the day.
Mid-afternoon. Caffeine's half-life doesn't care how smooth the theanine makes it feel.
One scoop is 100 mg of green-tea caffeine with theanine and electrolytes, no sugar, and you control the dose by the half-scoop. An energy drink is a fixed number someone else picked, plus a can of sugar or sweetener you didn't.
The theanine-to-caffeine ratio exists to flatten the spike, and dosing by scoop means you can land softly instead of cliff-diving. The real crash predictor is total daily caffeine — keep the count.
Don't mix it with alcohol. Caffeine doesn't sober you up — it hides how drunk you are from the one person who needs to know. Take SHIFT before the night, not inside the glass.
