Some mornings the body needs a formal argument.WIN IT.
For the sessions you have to be dragged to.
One scoop in cold water, thirty minutes before training. This is the loud one, and it is deliberately the only loud one: PUMP does fullness without stimulants and OUTPUT does creatine every day whether you train or not. IGNITE is the pick for the mornings you need dragging in — and it runs alone, never on the same day as either, because it already carries creatine and arginine of its own. Arithmetic rather than caution.
Some mornings the problem is not the session, it is getting to the session. 175 mg of caffeine — about two espressos — with dicreatine malate, arginine AKG and beta-alanine underneath it, plus electrolytes and a full B complex. Caffeine is the hero and everything else is support, on the mornings that need an argument won.
A stimulant pre-workout with 175 mg caffeine, creatine, arginine AKG and beta-alanine, taken 30 minutes before training.
Electrolytes: sodium 80 mg · potassium 75 mg · magnesium 48 mg · calcium 170 mg, plus a full B-vitamin complex. 30 servings.

Always defer to the Supplement Facts or ingredient label on the unit in your hand.
Start with ONE scoop to assess tolerance, thirty minutes before training. Never more than two scoops in a day. Do not take it on the same day as OUTPUT, PUMP or CHARGE — it already contains creatine, arginine and caffeine.
Motivation is a rumour started by people who slept well. The rest of us have a 6 a.m. negotiation with a ceiling, and some mornings the ceiling wins.
IGNITE is the counter-argument: 175 mg of caffeine — two espressos — with dicreatine malate, arginine AKG, beta-alanine, taurine, electrolytes and a full B complex underneath. One scoop in cold water, thirty minutes out. The debate ends there.
It's the loud one, and deliberately the only loud one. PUMP handles fullness without stimulants; OUTPUT handles creatine daily. IGNITE runs alone — never the same day as either, or FLOW, CHARGE or SHIFT, because it already carries creatine, arginine and caffeine of its own.
Start with one scoop, and expect the beta-alanine tingle — harmless, and it passes before the first working set.
You don't need to feel like training. You need to be in the building.
175 mg per scoop. Start with one scoop to assess tolerance, never more than two in a day, and count it toward your daily caffeine total alongside coffee.
OUTPUT, PUMP, CHARGE or SHIFT on the same day. IGNITE already contains creatine, arginine and caffeine — stacking any of those doubles a number you can no longer see.
You can — it hits faster and harder that way, which cuts both directions. If you're new to it or 175 mg of caffeine is a lot for you, take it with a light bite the first few times.
Count it. Coffee is roughly 100 mg, a scoop is 175 mg, and the 400 mg daily guideline includes everything. One scoop plus one coffee fits; two scoops plus two coffees doesn't.
