CLEAN

Wash the day off.

01

The brief

Wash the day off. Sweat, sunscreen, city air, the gym, and whoever's cologne you came home in — your face collects all of it and none of it should still be there in the morning. Clean skin first, everything else second.

02

Why

A cleanser cleans. That is the whole job, and anything claiming thirty seconds of rinse-off contact rebuilds your skin is selling you something. This one is a soft gel with watermelon, apple and lentil extracts, panthenol, sodium PCA and witch hazel — gentle enough for twice a day, which matters when you shower twice a day. The serums do the work. This makes sure they land on a clean face.

03

What it actually does

A gentle gel cleanser for sweat, sunscreen, city air and whatever else the day left on your face.

How to use it

DailyThe next morning

A quarter-sized amount on damp hands, lather, massage in, rinse. Morning and night. If your skin runs oily or congests around the nose and chin, MATTE is the wash for that — pick one, not both.

A man in a grey tank top sitting on the edge of a bed, city skyline through the window behind him.
A man in a navy tank top walking a city street in daylight, streetcar passing behind him.
A man in a grey tank top standing in a doorway, talking to someone out of frame.
A man in a white tank top on a wet street at night, bar lights behind him.
06

The long version

The day ends at the sink. Whatever happened out there — the gym, the city, the smoke machine, the person whose cologne you're inexplicably wearing — the border closes at the bathroom, and nothing gets across without papers.

CLEAN is border control: a soft gel wash — gentle surfactants with panthenol, sodium PCA and witch hazel — that clears sweat, sunscreen and city off without stripping, twice a day, which matters when you shower twice a day.

Understand what you're buying: a cleanser cleans. Thirty seconds of rinse-off is not rebuilding anything, whatever the bottle next to it claims. The serums do the work — this guarantees they land on clean ground.

Oily by noon or congested around the nose and chin? MATTE is the wash for that face — one or the other, not both. 177 ml, months of borders.

Wash the night off. Keep the stories.

Q&A

Morning and night, or just once?

Twice — it's formulated gentle enough that morning and night won't strip you. A coin-sized amount on wet hands, work it over the face, rinse. If you only do one, make it night.

CLEAN or MATTE — which wash is mine?

MATTE if you shine by noon or congest around the nose and chin; CLEAN for everything else. One wash, not two — they're alternatives, and doubling up just strips.

Isn't witch hazel drying?

The scary version is alcohol-heavy drugstore witch hazel. CLEAN uses witch hazel water in a gentle betaine-glucoside base with panthenol — if your face feels tight after rinsing, that's the sign to report, and this base is built not to cause it.

Will a gentle cleanser actually get gym sweat and sunscreen off?

Sweat, absolutely. Heavy or water-resistant sunscreen is the one honest exception — give it a second pass, or remove it first with an oil step if you wear the stubborn kind.

Where is it made?

In the USA — the manufacturer's country of record for this product.

08

Safety and warnings

External use only — not to be swallowed. Avoid the eye area and rinse with water if it gets in. Stop if the skin reacts. Keep out of reach of children.
