Close the nightlike you meant it.
When it's actually time to sleep.
The last good decision of the night is bed. Knowing when to go home is part of the night, not a failure of it — and this is the product for the moment you have actually decided, rather than the moment you are still thinking about it.
One strip on the tongue: melatonin 1 mg with valerian 50 mg, lavender 20 mg, chamomile 10 mg and hibiscus 10 mg. Melatonin is the only ingredient here with an approved claim behind it — it shortens the time it takes to fall asleep — and the botanicals are traditional rather than proven, which we would rather say than dress up. OUT does the same job as a capsule with twice the melatonin and every dose published; this is the strip, for a hotel room or a bag. Take one or the other, never both.

Per 210 mg strip. Every amount published: no proprietary blend.
With pullulan, cellulose, raspberry flavour, xylitol, erythritol, sorbitol, MCT and steviol glycosides.
Contains xylitol — toxic to dogs.

One strip on the tongue at bedtime, maximum one a day. No water needed. Not alongside OUT — both carry melatonin and taking both doubles the dose. If you want wind-down without melatonin, that is DOWN.
The French exit, perfected. The best departure in nightlife is the one nobody sees — no goodbyes tour, no negotiation at the door, just a man who knew exactly when his night was over and acted on the intelligence.
SLEEP is for the other side of that door: one raspberry strip on the tongue — melatonin 1 mg with valerian 50 mg, lavender, chamomile and hibiscus, every amount published. No water needed, which at that hour, in a hotel room or someone else's flat, is the whole argument for the format.
Credit where due: melatonin is the one ingredient here with an approved claim — it shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. The botanicals are traditional rather than proven, and we'll say so instead of dressing them up.
OUT is the capsule with twice the melatonin, cheaper per night — one or the other, never both. DOWN winds down without melatonin.
Read this part: melatonin and valerian both sedate. Never with alcohol, sedatives or sleeping tablets; never after recreational substances; no driving. Drowsy is the product working.
Leave like a professional. Sleep like one too.
Because more isn't better — low-dose melatonin is the evidence-backed lane, and 1 mg on a dissolving strip hits faster than a capsule you digest. One strip at bedtime, max one a day.
No — both carry melatonin, so taking both just doubles the dose. Strips for speed and travel, capsules for the fuller botanical stack: pick by night, not both at once.
The 1 mg dose is the anti-grogginess decision — most morning fog stories come from 5 and 10 mg servings. Low dose, early exit; that's the strip's whole argument.
Current evidence doesn't show low-dose melatonin shutting down your own production, and 1 mg is the conservative lane. But if every night needs a strip, the better question is about the nights — routine, light, caffeine timing.
In India — the dissolving-strip format has its specialist manufacturers there, and it's the country of record for every strip in the line. We'd rather print it than let you assume.
