Terms of service
These terms cover your use of mascbody.com and anything you buy from it. Using the site means you accept them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
What these products are, and are not
MASC / BODY sells dietary supplements and cosmetic skincare. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, managing a health condition, or under a doctor's care. Read the label and the directions on every product and follow them.
Individual results vary. We do not promise outcomes and we do not publish before-and-after fiction.
Allergens and ingredients
Ingredients are listed on every product page and on the label. Some products are derived from shellfish or tree nuts. If you have an allergy, read the list before you buy — you know your body better than a label does.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after it is placed — if a product is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
Prices can change without notice. Errors are corrected without notice; obvious errors do not bind us.
Availability
Availability shown on the site is real. We do not fake stock. Some products are listed while their claims are still under internal review and are labelled as such.
Your account
If you create one, keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Free tools
The Prescription, the Workup, the Formulary and anything else in the Toolbox are provided free, for information and planning. They are estimates and they say so on the page. They are not medical or nutritional advice, they do not diagnose anything, and no result from them should replace a professional's judgement.
Our content
The text, photography, artwork, product names, codes and design on this site belong to MASC / BODY. Personal use, fine. Copying it into your own commercial thing, not fine.
Your content
If you send us a review, a photo or a suggestion, you give us permission to use it in connection with the brand. You keep ownership; you are confirming it is yours to give.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to what you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Third parties
Fulfilment, payment and email are handled by third-party providers. Their handling of your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
