Strength. Power. Size.

01

The brief

Strength. Power. Size. Creatine is the most studied compound in sports nutrition and still the one men whisper about at the rack, as if 5 g of something your body already makes were a confession. OUTPUT skips the mythology and the loading-phase theatre. One scoop, every day, whether you train or not.

02

Why

Creatine monohydrate has strong evidence for strength, power and repeated high-intensity sets — more strength means more productive training, and productive training is what the shoulders come from. Five grams, every day, including the days you do nothing, because it works by saturation. No loading, no cycling, no secret. It will also nudge the scale through water, which is not fat and is not a reason to stop. The boring thing that actually works, and the reason the man in the group photo looks like that.

03

What it actually does

Five grams of creatine monohydrate every day — for strength, power and repeated hard sets — with the electrolytes hard training sweats out.

  • 5 g creatine daily
  • Strength + power
  • No loading phase
  • 1,000 mg sodium

How to use it

Daily

One scoop daily in water, any time — rest days included. No loading phase, no cycling. Don't take it on the same day as IGNITE: that carries caffeine and arginine, and its 1.5 g of dicreatine malate does not replace this 5 g serving.

A man in a grey tank top sitting on the edge of a bed, city skyline through the window behind him.
A man in a navy tank top walking a city street in daylight, streetcar passing behind him.
A man in a grey tank top standing in a doorway, talking to someone out of frame.
A man in a white tank top on a wet street at night, bar lights behind him.

The long version

Every gym has a man whose secret everyone wants. They ask what he takes, hoping for something exotic, and the answer is a lemon scoop of the most studied compound in sports nutrition, every single day, for years. Nobody wants that answer. It keeps being the answer.

OUTPUT is five grams of creatine monohydrate with electrolytes underneath — 1,000 mg sodium, potassium, magnesium — because hard training sweats. Twenty-two calories. One scoop daily, rest days included: creatine works by saturation, so the days you do nothing are the days it counts.

The scale will drift up a little at first — water, not fat, and quitting over Tuesday's number is how men stay small. Watch the bar and the mirror instead.

The sodium is deliberate and heavy — worth knowing if you manage blood pressure; RESET is the light daily at 100 mg. Don't run it the same day as IGNITE.

Strength. Power. Size. The boring thing that actually works.

Q&A

Do I need a loading phase?

No. Five grams a day, every day — rest days included. Loading just gets you to saturation a few days sooner in exchange for a week of stomach complaints.

Can I take OUTPUT and IGNITE together?

Not on the same day. IGNITE already carries 1.5 g of dicreatine malate plus caffeine and arginine — but its creatine does not replace this 5 g serving, so keep OUTPUT for the other days.

Why is there so much sodium in it?

The 1,000 mg of sodium is the electrolyte half of the formula, dosed for people who train and sweat. If you're on a sodium-restricted diet, that number is the one to check with your doctor.

Does creatine cause hair loss?

The evidence doesn't support the myth — it traces to one small 2009 study on a hormone marker, never replicated on actual hair. What creatine reliably does is documented on decades of research; hair loss isn't on the list.

Will it make me look bloated?

Creatine pulls water into muscle, not under your skin. A pound or two on the scale in week one is the cells hydrating — that's the mechanism working, not puff.

Can I put it in coffee?

Yes — creatine monohydrate is stable in a hot drink. Dissolve fully; the grit at the bottom of a cold shaker is normal and still counts if you drink it.

Where is it made?

In the USA — the manufacturer's country of record for this product. (No supplement anywhere is 'FDA-approved'; the oversight lives at the facility level, and that's where this one is made.)

Safety and warnings

Provides 1,000 mg sodium per serving — 43% of the daily value. Worth knowing if you are managing blood pressure or sodium intake; RESET is the low-sodium daily option at 100 mg. Drink water with it. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. Speak to a doctor before use if you have a kidney condition or take prescription medication.
