MASC / BODY

This is not wellness theatre.

Eight systems for the body you actually use — muscle, appetite, drive, digestion, the night out, the long game, the face and everything below the neck.

Performance culture stopped at the gym door. The rest of the night deserved the same discipline.

MASC / BODY is for men who take their bodies seriously without pretending they always treat them delicately. You train, you sweat, you stay out, and you expect the whole thing to keep performing — and still look good in daylight.

So we stopped selling ingredients and started selling systems. You don't shop molecules here; you pick which body you're running. Each system is a routine with an order and a reason — the products know what job they do and when they do it.

Built for gay men, coded rather than captioned. No shame, no spiritual homework, no motivational screaming, and nothing that requires you to become a different person by Monday.

BUILD IT.Muscle. Shape. Strength.
USE IT.Desire. Digestion. Long nights.
KEEP IT WORKING.Recovery. Skin. Long game.

How we work

01
The label is the limit Every claim on this site is checked against what the label actually permits. If a product supports a routine, we say support — we don't upgrade it to a promise.
02
Named actives, printed doses What's in it is on it. The Formulary carries the evidence grade for every ingredient we use — A for well-supported, C for emerging, stated plainly either way.
03
Warnings get no wink The brand jokes about most things and visibly does not joke about this one. Safety copy is deadpan-straight, every time, and it never gets buried.
04
Free means free The Toolbox, the Formulary and the Prescription cost nothing and ask for nothing. No signup wall, no email gate, no quiz pretending to be software.

More than a shelf

The FormularyEvery molecule on the record What each ingredient is, what it does, how well it's studied. The literature, minus the locker room.
The JournalBloodwork over bro science Long-form on training, skin, appetite and the morning after — written for adults who can handle a caveat.
The ToolboxFree. No signup. No shame. Planners and calculators that do real math and hand back a real answer. Nothing to join, nothing to unsubscribe from.
The IssueQuarterly. Collectible. Shameless. The seasonal zine — imagery, attitude, and the products that earned a page.
Read this once. These are supplements and cosmetics, not medicine. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and they do not make alcohol, drugs, sleep deprivation or other risky behaviour safe. Follow each product's directions and warnings. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk to a professional before starting anything here.
