Where we ship

Canada and the United States.

How long it takes

Orders are made to order. They leave the facility in 2–5 business days and are typically in your hands 3–10 business days after that, depending on where you are.

We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you with it. Nothing here is coming off a shelf in a warehouse next to your house.

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Duties or import fees, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

You get a confirmation when the order is placed and a tracking number when it ships. If a week goes by with no tracking, email support@mascbody.com and we will find out why.

Addresses

We ship to the address you give us. Check it before you pay — once an order is with the fulfilment partner we usually cannot change it. If a parcel comes back as undeliverable we will reship it once you confirm a corrected address; you cover the reshipping.

Split shipments

Occasionally an order arrives in more than one parcel. You are not charged twice, and each parcel gets its own tracking.

Lost or damaged in transit

Covered by the refund policy: photo within 14 days, full refund or replacement, no return needed.
