Three ingredients. Nothing to explain.KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.
Muscle. Three ingredients.
One scoop in 6–8 oz of water. Whey protein isolate, natural chocolate flavour, stevia leaf. That is the entire ingredient list, and it is the entire point. Read the label next to BUILD before you choose: BUILD carries 22 g of protein and a fuller formula, ISO carries 18 g and almost nothing else. You are paying for a shorter list here, not a bigger number. If grams per scoop is what you want, BUILD is still the better buy and we would rather say so.
Muscle-building protein with nothing pretending to be more complicated than that. Whey isolate, natural chocolate flavour, stevia. Isolate is lower in lactose than concentrate, which is the other reason to pick it. BUILD carries more protein per scoop and is the better buy if grams are what you want — this one is for men who want the short label.
18 g of whey isolate to build, maintain and repair muscle, with a three-ingredient label. Lower in lactose than concentrate.
With natural chocolate flavour and stevia leaf. Nothing else: no concentrate, no gums, no artificial sweetener.
90 calories · 2 g carbs (1 g fibre, 1 g sugar) · 1 g fat · 50 mg sodium.
Contains milk.
Always defer to the Supplement Facts or ingredient label on the unit in your hand.
One scoop in 6–8 oz of water, after training or whenever the day is short of protein. Isolate is lower in lactose than concentrate, which is the other reason to pick it.
You read ingredient lists the way other men read contracts — looking for the clause that shouldn't be there. Here's the entire document: whey protein isolate, natural chocolate flavour, stevia leaf. Sign anywhere.
ISO is 18 grams of isolate at 90 calories, for muscle, with nothing else along for the ride. No gums, no fillers, no proprietary anything. Lower in lactose than concentrate too — the other reason men land here — though not lactose-free, so CROP remains the answer if milk itself is the problem.
Full disclosure, since the label started it: BUILD carries more protein per scoop and is the better buy if grams are the goal. You're paying for the short list. Some men consider that the whole point, and we built this for them.

Yes — isolate carries much less lactose than concentrate, which is one of the two reasons to pick it. The other is the leaner panel: 90 calories, 1–2 g carbs, no gums, stevia only.
The scoop is smaller (about 25 g vs 35 g). Per gram of powder, ISO is actually more protein-dense — 18–19 g from a leaner panel.
If the bloat is lactose, very likely — isolate strips most of it out. If dairy is the problem entirely, skip to CROP. Your gut will give you the answer inside a week.
It's the leanest panel in the line — 90 calories, 1–2 g carbs, no gums. On a tight budget of calories, that's the argument. The protein does the same job either way.
