The brief

You train four days a week and you still eat like someone with a job. Somewhere around Wednesday the protein target quietly stops happening, and the training carries on regardless — which is the fastest way to work hard for a body that never quite arrives. BUILD is 22 g of complete whey protein, and it is the difference between doing the work and having something to show for it.

02

Why

The workout is the signal. Protein is the material. 22 g of complete whey per serving from isolate and concentrate — the amino acids muscle needs to build, maintain and repair after you have given it a reason to. Train, eat, grow, repeat. Nobody accidentally built shoulders like that.

03

What it actually does

22 g of complete whey protein to build, maintain and repair muscle. Chest day is useless if the raw material never shows up.

  • 22 g complete whey
  • Build + repair muscle
  • 130 calories
  • Highest protein of the three

How to use it

DailyAfter training

Two scoops in 8–10 oz of water or milk — after training, between meals, or at 11 p.m. when dinner didn't happen. Pick ONE protein: BUILD, ISO or CROP. They do the same job and are not a stack. Fifteen servings a tub.

A man in a grey tank top sitting on the edge of a bed, city skyline through the window behind him.
A man in a navy tank top walking a city street in daylight, streetcar passing behind him.
A man in a grey tank top standing in a doorway, talking to someone out of frame.
A man in a white tank top on a wet street at night, bar lights behind him.

The long version

There are men who log their macros in an app with a subscription, and there are men who eat a sad chicken breast at ten and call it discipline. Both are one missed meal from wasting Tuesday's session, and both of them know it.

BUILD is the chocolate answer. Twenty-two grams of complete whey — isolate and concentrate, 130 calories — in a shake that tastes enough like a milkshake that you'll actually drink it on the days discipline is a rumour. Two scoops, water or milk, after training or at 11 p.m. when dinner turned out to be a seltzer and half a story.

He clocked your shoulders before he clocked your name. That took protein — daily, boring, unphotographed — not the one heroic chest day you posted.

Fifteen servings. Pick one protein and commit: ISO if you want the three-ingredient label, CROP if dairy's the enemy. Loyalty looks good on you.

Contains milk — CROP is the dairy-free way out.

Q&A

Can I take BUILD together with ISO or CROP?

Pick one. BUILD, ISO and CROP all do the same job — daily protein — and they are not a stack. The differences are base (whey blend vs isolate vs plant) and texture, not function.

When should I drink it?

Timing matters far less than the total. The post-training window is real but wide — hours, not minutes — so drink it when it fits the day, and stop treating the clock as part of the dose.

What's it sweetened with?

Stevia leaf. No sucralose, no aspartame. The gums are guar and xanthan, and the resistant potato starch (Solnul) is there as a prebiotic.

Why does whey make some people bloated?

Usually the lactose in concentrate. BUILD is a blend, so if whey sits badly, ISO (isolate, far less lactose) or CROP (no dairy at all) is your lane — switching base beats powering through.

Do I still drink it on rest days?

If the day is short of protein, yes. It's food, not a training ritual — muscle is built on total daily protein, rest days included.

Where is it made?

In the USA — the manufacturer's country of record for this product. (No supplement anywhere is 'FDA-approved'; the oversight lives at the facility level, and that's where this one is made.)

08

Safety and warnings

CONTAINS MILK. Whey is a dairy protein. Not suitable with a milk allergy — CROP is the dairy-free option. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing.
